PROTOCOLS
STAGE 01 T-Minus 90 to 180 Days

Architectural Consultation & Estate Site Survey

We begin with an architectural review of your venue—whether a private residential compound in The Bridle Path, a penthouse in Yorkville, or a summer estate in Muskoka.

Site Verification: Door clearances, freight elevator weight ratings, terrace load capacities.
Infrastructure: Water proximity, greywater drainage plan, electrical inverter autonomy.
Sightlines: Positioning bar modules to maximize natural light and sunset views.
STAGE 02 T-Minus 60 Days

The Yorkville Private Tasting Salon

You and your event planner or partner are welcomed to our studio on Cumberland Street for an intimate, two-hour cocktail development salon.

Ice Cresting: Review brass stamp monograms for directional clear ice cubes.
Stemware Curation: Selection of Riedel and Zalto crystal profiles for each cocktail.

STAGE 04 Day of Event · T-Minus 3 Hours

White-Glove Assembly & Mise en Place

Our uniformed installation crew arrives precisely three hours before guest arrival. We utilize padded transit flight cases to prevent contact with finished floors and millwork.

Silent Assembly: Precision cam-locks assemble the travertine or fluted oak bar in 90 minutes.
Thermal Prep: Clear ice tempered to prevent surface cracking; crystal glassware chilled.
Botanical Freshness: Herbs torched, citrus expressed, and fresh garnishes arranged.
STAGE 05 Service & Teardown

Michelin-Caliber Pouring & Zero-Trace Departure

Throughout the gala, mixologists maintain a clean, dry workstation with quiet elegance. At the conclusion of bar service, our team executes an immaculate departure.

Service Rhythm: Sub-60-second cocktail pour times to prevent guest queueing.
Zero-Trace Teardown: Complete site breakdown, greywater extraction, and sweeping in 60 minutes.
Bottle Concierge: Full bottle audit and repackaging of host reserve spirits.
